    1. Hi Ema Jones! Thanks for the ask. Just to clarify, the onions are roasted alongside the pumpkin, so they’re not raw when they’re blended for the soup.

      But I’m thinking you mean caramelised onions, like the jarred variety? If so, yes totally! I’d add in, say, a dollop/a big teaspoon when you’re at the stage of blending in the pumpkin and the cream. They’ll be sweeter, so add and blitz through to combine and then taste to see if you’d like the flavour stronger. It would be a sweeter version, but I think that would be delicious!
